Peacebuilders is a bullying prevention program for students in PreK-12. With staff development and youth curriculum materials, the intervention is intended for school-wide implementation.
The key focus is on positive relationships and common language, with six constructive principles taught, modeled, and practiced:
Praise People
Notice Hurts
Give Up Put-Downs
Right Wrongs
Seek Wise People
Help Others
The principles above are used to develop behavioral expectations, reduce aggression, and transform the climate and culture into one which is cooperative, productive, and academically successful.
