A national collaborative program that looks to prevent school dropout and improve high school graduation rates.

GradNation is a national collaborative effort between the Alliance for Excellent Education, CIVIC, America's Promise Alliance, and the Everyone Graduates Center at Johns Hopkins University School of Education designed to prevent school dropout.


It includes multiple community and school-based resources, materials, data templates, and ideas for improving high school graduation rates.


In addtion, the What Works Clearinghouse Practice Guide on "Helping Students Navigate the Path to College: What High Schools Can Do" is a helpful resource to support students as they transition from high school.
